My experience with the flowers and Ti leaves was great, and I was very happy with those items. However, my biggest issue was with a special-order plant called a Songs of India plant. This plant was very important to me because it was for our baby's first graduation. Since we no longer live in Hawaii, I was incredibly excited to be able to have a plant from back home for such a special occasion. When I placed the order, I was told that the plant had been ordered and would be available for pickup. I also made it clear that I was willing to pay whatever the cost. I placed the order about two weeks before the graduation and never received any calls or updates indicating there was a problem. Because I was told the order had been placed, I fully expected that my Songs of India plant would be there when I arrived. When I went to pick it up, I was told by an employee that the plant had never actually been ordered because the shipping cost was too expensive. I was then told that I could choose a different plant instead. I am a new business owner in the retail floral industry! I just completed my first large wedding with sunflower’s and Lillie’s! The flowers I received were absolutely gorgeous! I had zero loss on a very large order! The wedding turn out so beautiful! Their employees are amazing, all of the them, Stephanie, Tony, the delivery driver, and especially my rep Jenn! Hats off to the Reno/ sparks location! Thank you for all you guys do!

Love this place. It was my first time there and I was greeted and acknowledged by everyone. Sandy helped me 2 days in a row and answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. Thank you to everyone, but especially Sandy!!! (:

For truck drivers: Very efficient, they have their own unloading equipment, the docking was a little difficult in that you have to take up a good part or the whole street. Other than impeding traffic and avoiding the parked cars, the back is relatively easy. The team was nice and quick.

The most amazing thing happened today. A gentleman from Doran showed up at our company (Waste Management Reno) and left the ladies of the office with the most gorgeous bouquet of long stem pink roses! What an amazing and inspiring act of random kindness! Put smiles on all our faces. Thank you so much, Bill Doran Company, you made our day.
